I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at iQ City, London for the 2026/27 academic year. (Official tenancy takeover)

💷 Rent: £477 per week (originally £499 on the wesite)

The studio is fully self-contained and includes:
• Private bathroom
• Private kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and microwave
• Small double bed
• Study area and desk
• Dining/seating area
• Wardrobe and under-bed storage

Bills are included in the weekly rent, including WiFi, electricity and water.

Residents also have access to excellent onsite facilities, including a free gym, study spaces, social lounge, cinema room, games room, karaoke room and laundry facilities.

The accommodation is in a convenient Central London location with easy access to universities, transport links, shops and restaurants.

This is an official tenancy takeover, and the new tenant will complete the required process directly with iQ Student Accommodation.
