Hi all! We're two friends working in finance for the last three years in London (HEC Paris grads) looking for a third flatmate to join us from mid-December. Our flatmate of three years is moving in with her boyfriend, so we're looking for someone easy-going and tidy to take her place.
The rooms: it's a three-bedroom flat and you can pick between two rooms. One of us will happily move into the ensuite if you'd prefer the other room, so it's your choice.
Ensuite master bedroom: £1,700 pcm
Double bedroom: £1,400 pcm
Bills: roughly £250 pcm extra, including the cleaner. Council tax band is F.
The flat: fully furnished, close to Old Street, with a cleaner who comes once a week.
About you: Easy-going, tidy, and up for a friendly flat. We've had a great three years with our current flatmate and would love to keep that vibe.
