Your cosy room

Furnished with a double pull-out bed and memory foam mattress, a large glass desk with storage underneath and a comfortable office chair, a smaller white high-gloss table with storage, a spacious mirrored wardrobe, a storage cabinet, Venetian blinds, a fan and plants.

Shared spaces and the neighbourhood

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, hob, oven with grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.
• Bathroom: A bathtub and shower with two showerheads, alongside plants and mirrors.
• Location: Directly opposite City St George’s, University of London, and within easy reach of UCL, LSE, Birkbeck, Queen Mary and UAL colleges, including Central Saint Martins.

A little about me

I’m a Brazilian visual artist working from home and preparing to begin studies at the Royal College of Art in January. I share the flat with Olly, my whippet, and two friendly cats, Bobby and Tobi, so someone who enjoys being around animals would fit in well.

The setup

My living room is my private living space and art studio, so you’ll share the kitchen and bathroom. I ask lodgers not to host visitors in the flat, so the room would suit someone happy to meet friends and family elsewhere.

Who would feel at home here?

I particularly welcome full-time students, whether undergraduate, Master’s or PhD. The room would suit someone quiet, independent and considerate who appreciates a peaceful home and helps keep shared spaces clean and comfortable.
