Huge ensuite room with private garden access

Hello everyone, our flatmate is moving out of our lovely 3-bedroom flat in central London, so we’re looking for someone new to take over the room from 1st July.

The room is a huge ensuite with direct access onto our private garden, which honestly makes it feel really peaceful despite being so central. It comes partly furnished with a king-size bed frame and a massive triple wardrobe, plus there’s loads of space if you work from home a few days a week.

The flat itself is in a modern luxury new-build with access to a beautiful communal residents’ garden too. We’re right by Old Street, with Clerkenwell, Barbican, Shoreditch and De Beauvoir all within walking distance. The area is great, loads of cafés, restaurants, shops, gyms and studios nearby, plus about five different supermarkets within a short walk.

We’ve put a lot of care into making the flat feel like a proper home. It’s fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, with a mix of vintage furniture, nice objects and everything you need day to day. You’ll see the vibe in the photos, but basically, if you want to live somewhere that already feels finished and doesn’t require any extra effort, this is a great option. And if you do want to add something or bring your own pieces, you’re very welcome to.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything from a KitchenAid mixer to an air fryer and pretty much all the essentials you might need. Feel free to use everything, and if you have any favourite kitchen gadgets of your own, there’s always room for them too.

You’d be living with me, Alessandra (36), and Anastasia (30). We’re friendly, respectful and fairly independent. We’re definitely past our house-party era, but we do enjoy the occasional dinner in the garden, or having friends over from time to time. Your friends are absolutely welcome too, as long as everyone treats the space with respect.

We both work in the office 4 to 5 days a week.

I (Alessandra) work in advertising, have lived in London for 16 years and spend most of my free time hunting down good restaurants, exhibitions, theatre and cinema, so expect plenty of recommendations.

Anastasia works at a creative AI tech. After many years of living and travelling around the world, she moved to London last year and is now happily settling into London life. She’s usually late in the office during the week, but always up for a chat and sharing travel stories, movie recommendations, or tips on the best local spots. She’s big into sports (pilates, yoga and occasional bouldering), so if you’re looking for a class, studio or sauna nearby, she’s probably already tried it.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and easy-going who’s looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Monthly total with bills is roughly £1,750 pcm.
