Cosy double room - Central Shoreditch

Hi! 👋

We’re Flo (30, working in asset management) and Antoine (30, software engineer in the City). We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us from 1st November (flexible).

- Incredible location, just off Shoreditch High Street.
- 10 min walk to Liverpool Street station, 5min for Old Street and Shoreditch High Street stations.
- Despite the lively area, the flat is quiet – no issues with noise.
- Spacious living room with sofas and armchairs.
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

🛏 The Room
- Bright double bedroom with a double bed, good storage, and a desk.
- Large window with direct access to the terrace.
- Well insulated – warm in winter and comfortable year-round.

👋 About Us
We’ve been living together for more than a year and have been good friends since back in France. We both respect each other’s space but also enjoy hanging out – whether that’s grabbing a pint, exploring Shoreditch, or having a chilled night in.
