Spare room available in a well-located home on Curtain Road, just a 5-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street, 8 minutes from Old Street Station, and 11 minutes on foot to Liverpool Street.

The household consists of a mum and her five-year-old daughter. She is a very calm and easygoing child, and we are out most of the day due to work commitments, so the home is generally quiet and relaxed. The atmosphere is friendly and family-oriented, so we are looking for someone who is respectful of a family environment. At the same time, there’s no need to worry about typical “noisy child” concerns — she is genuinely very chilled. We are cool.
