Hi everyone, I am a KCL student looking for a student replacement to take over my room I booked last month at Urbanest Tower Bridge (Postcode: EC3N 1JA). I recently decided to live with friends, so I need to find a tenant for a direct official contract transfer.

Room & Tenancy Details:

· Room: 1 bed in a Twin room (share with 1 flatmate).
· Flat: Shared bathroom (2 people) and shared kitchen (5 people in total).
· Rent: £301/week (ALL bills included: WiFi, water, electricity, heating).
· Period: 50 weeks (06/09/2026 – 20/08/2027).
· Eligibility: Students only.

Why this room:
This offers great value for money. A 5-person shared kitchen is much easier to maintain and has fewer conflicts than a typical 8-10 person En-suite flat. The only minor downside is living in a twin room, which requires basic coordination (like agreeing on quiet hours) with your roommate.

Please note that I currently don't have official photos of the room interior, and Urbanest doesn't provide them on the official website either. However, Urbanest City has the exact same layout for reference. I strongly recommend scheduling an in-person viewing (or a video call) to see the space before signing.
