The apartment is in a great central location by the River Thames, just a 4–7 minute walk from St Paul’s, Mansion House, Bank, and Blackfriars stations, making commuting and getting around the city very easy.

The bedrooms are on the first level, and the living room with a spacious separate kitchen upstairs. There is also a large balcony overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me — I am a professional working in finance and I go to the office 4 days a week. I’m looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and tidy who enjoys a calm home environment.

Rent for the room is £1,690 per month. Bills (council tax, electricity, water and wifi) average about £200 per person each month.
