The location is great. The flat is on a very quiet street and less than 5 mins walk to London Fields station. Broadway market is 5 minutes walk as well and so is Hackney Central and all the main shops that you will need including a large Tesco and M&S.

Other tenant is a very friendly professional in his late 20s.

The flat can be viewed immediately and the room is available to move in from 7th September as one of the tenant is moving out of London.

The rooms are equal in size. Room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk with a chair.

Separate Lounge but open kitchen, bathroom is with bath tub.

Excellent location but flat is off the main road and so quiet and looking to back garden with easy access to that.

Tenants are responsible for paying the bills: council tax, water, broadband and electricity (electricity heating and cooker so no gas bill). Winter max £200 summers around £120.
