On the first floor, we have a bright and airy living room with floor-to-ceiling windows connected to a huge balcony overlooking the park, a large kitchen with the usual white goods (inc dishwasher), a compact utility room with washing machine and storage and finally a small toilet towards the back. On the second floor, we have two large bedrooms overlooking the park, a guest/office room and a shared bathroom with bath and power shower (great temp/pressure).

The property sits on the top three floors of a large family estate overlooking London Fileds, with a bunch of cafes, pubs, restaurants, markets and an open-air heated lido just a stone's throw. I'm Mark, 40, a design engineer working in Fine Art, which basically means I collaborate with Artists to design and build static and kinetic sculpture works for galleries and the public realm. Love the usual trappings of city life and like to keep busy in the week/ends. I work full time, so looking to maintain a cosy home with a relaxed atmosphere. I keep the place pretty tidy and use a local cleaning service twice a month. The house is smoke-free but the balcony is all yours.
