Two bedroom flat living with one guy in a central location with Hackney Central, London Fields station, the lido and Broadway market leas than 10 minutes walk away.

Very open plan with the kitchen, lounge and dining area having floor to ceiling windows that open up onto a balcony. The flat is fully furnished with stuff like smart TV, PS4, Netflix and high speed internet. Also has a private terrace with a BBQ and seating area which gets loads of sun when it’s out.

The flat is sitting on the roof of the building with patty&bun, pophams bakery and Lardo pizza all available on the street level and loads of pubs etc in the area. It is a secure building with a concierge, a secured car park space and bike store.

Prob suits a professional, will be living with me (David) originally from Sydney, very chilled, like a beer at the George as much as some Netflix or a climb at stronghold (15 mins walk from the flat). Work a few days a week in the office, and travel a fair bit as well.
