Short term DOUBLE@London Fields, 8 weeks from 16/2

Due to work related absence a double room is available for 8 week-rent from 16 February 2026.

Viewings are possible on most weekdays after 6pm. Email/Wassup is preserved. 

General:
We have a single room available NOW in a 3 bedroom house in London Fields. The rent is 1300pm month including all the bills (water / gas / elec / council tax / internet). TV licence is not included.
The room is not large but functional. There is a single bed, a desk and a cupboard. There is plenty of storage space elsewhere for suitcases and boxes etc.
The house itself is a 3 bedroom terraced house with separate bath / loo / bedrooms upstairs and a living room / kitchen diner / garden downstairs. The property has been re-decorated 4 years ago and has wooden floors  / double glazing / Gas Central Heating throughout. There is also an off street parking outside of the house to be arranged with the council.

About you:
We hope to get a non-smoking young professional, who is keen to stick around for a number of years.

We are 3 quiet and respectful young professionals 30-34 years old, who have been living happily together for several years.

Location: The house is located 5 mins walk from London Fields and regents canal, which is close to pubs, libraries and shops. The nearest underground station is Haggerston, which is 5 minutes walk away. There are direct buses going to Liverpool st / Old st / London Bridge / Oxford circus / Waterloo / Victoria / Walthamstow. There is a large Tesco / Sainsburys 15 mins walk as well as small shops around the corner.
