A small, yet spacious feeling double room available from October very close to London Fields/Broadway Market/Haggerston.

THE ROOM

Bright yet cosy with a large window overlooking the garden.

Furnished with a double bed/mattress with storage underneath, shelving and a large wardrobe with internal shelving. Plenty of storage around the house if needed too.

Not really space for a desk unfortunately, so best suited for someone that doesn’t WFH.

THE HOUSE

Spacious 4 bedroom house, with shared living room, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. Great outside garden area with space to lock bikes.

Lively but surprisingly quiet neighbourhood. Minutes away from London Fields, Broadway Market and Regents Canal, and very close to Victoria Park, Dalston, Shoreditch and Hackney Central.

Bills included in the price.

Great landlord who is super helpful and efficient when needed!

HOUSEMATES

You will be sharing with myself and two other wonderful women. We are friendly, easy going and very clean/tidy! We have all been in the house/area for a while and have made the house our home.

We currently all WFH either full time or a few days a week, so the house can get quite busy during the day.
It might not be ideal if you also need to work from home frequently.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally a professional, similar in age, who wants to make this their home for the foreseeable. Someone who wants to hang out, but equally likes their own space too. Looking to make new friends as well as housemates!

We aren’t in a rush to fill the room, so looking for the right person to fit in with us.
