We’re looking for one new housemate to join our modern 4-bed townhouse in London Fields.
You’ll be sharing with three friendly, outgoing housemates: Kit (works in advertising), Alex (our fun accountant), and Chris (a software engineer). It’s a relaxed, social household - we enjoy a chat, the odd drink, and keeping the place feeling like a home rather than just a house.

The house also has a fifth room used as a shared home office, which is great if you ever work from home or need a quiet space.

THE ROOM
The bedroom is on the second floor and shares a large bathroom with one other bedroom.
The room doesn’t come with a bed but does have built-in wardrobes.
£1,200 pcm - all bills and weekly cleaner included.

No agency fees - contract signed directly with the owners.

LOCATION
The location is ideal - just a 5-minute walk to Broadway Market, Hackney Central, and London Fields Park.
