Double Room in Spacious Flat - short term let

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate for my large, bright flat. The available room is a furnished, spacious double with access to a shared balcony. The flat has one shared bathroom, a small garden, and even a little gym in the building.

We’re in an amazing location:
• 4 mins to London Fields Station
• 8 mins to Hackney Central
• 10 mins to Broadway Market
• 10 mins to Liverpool Street (by train)
• Surrounded by fantastic pubs, restaurants, and of course London Fields park

I’m looking for a professional female who is clean, tidy and easy-going, happy doing their own thing as well as sharing the occasional meal, chat, or glass of wine. I prefer a chiller atmosphere during the week (cooking, TV, etc) but do like to have a couple friends over here and there. Ideally someone in the office most days as I work from home a fair amount. Non-smoker, vaping is fine though! My partner has a dog that comes over occasionally too!

£1400 month + bills (bills approx. £150 a month)
Deposit: £1000
Council tax band E

Available from 7th August.

I will be selling my flat towards the end of they year, hence short term let only. But minimum stay would be one month!
