I am currently looking to fill the large double room in a modern beautiful flat in London fields. The room is available from September 3.
The flat is in an incredible location only 2 minute walk to london fields station, 5mins from hackney central station, and a very short walking distance from all your needs (sainsburys, london fields station, gyms, cinema, restaurants, cafes).
The room is very large and includes an en-suite.
I am currently the only housemate, and am looking to fill the other room at the same time. I enjoy a social household where we can visit local pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as a house movie night. As I am a working professional I also respect others space and cleanliness of the flat.
Couples are welcome, although rent will increase to £1600/mth.
Bills are not included and add between 130-170/month.
