SHORT TERM SUBLET

Our flatmate is moving back to Australia, so we're looking for someone great to join our home until late March!

We’re looking for someone aged 28-35, who’s sociable, tidy, and respectful, and who will bring good energy to the home. Ideally, you work a 9-5 (or similar). Preference is on a female to keep a gender balance.

About Us:
You'll be sharing with three friendly young professionals – one guy and a couple (male/female, who share the master room) in their early-to-mid 30s. We’re into music, art, cooking, and the occasional dinner or drinks gathering, but this is definitely not a party house.

Modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat (one ensuite in the master room)
Great underfloor heating ( Which we don't pay for)
Floor to ceiling windows

2-minute walk to London Fields Overground (7 minutes to Liverpool St)
10-minute walk to Hackney Central Overground
15-minute walk (or 5-minute bus ride) to Bethnal Green Tube (Central Line)
10-minute walk to Broadway Market – a vibrant hub for food, coffee, and art every weekend

You’ll share a bathroom (with a bath) with one other flatmate.
Rent: £1,050 per month
Bills: £130 per month (council band E included)
Agency sign-on fee: £100
