ABOUT US:
Callum, a 34-year-old Brit from Somerset working in tech sales. You'll normally find me doing some sort of Sport. I love running, cycling, skiing, and hitting the gym...always up for a running buddy! Also partial to a bit of travel, chats, podcasts, roast dinners, trash TV, Netflix on the sofa (with snacks), or a cheeky bakery trip. My girlfriend often comes over to hang out a couple of nights per week.

Lewis - 34 year-old Brit originally from Watford working in digital marketing for a boutique agency. Again, very active and frequently run with Callum (recently completed my first marathon) and play semi-professional cricket during the summer. On sofa nights, we watch films, play a little Xbox or Catan. Cook for each other occasionally. Also a big lover of music!

Callum is 5 days a week in the office / Lewis is hybrid - both work in Shoreditch. Bills are an additional £160 approx each per month including per-person council tax £60, internet £12, water £15, a great cleaner every 2wks £20, electricity £30. The flat was built in 2020, everything works, in-floor heating is nice esp. on weekends, landlord is a corporate owner. 2 small balconies get some morning & afternoon sun.

ABOUT YOU:
A like-minded sociable professional who will contribute to our relaxed house atmosphere. Me & Lewis are good pals so ideally, we're looking for somebody (boy or girl) who is up for a chat/chill in front of the TV, joins the board game fun, or pub/bakery visits on occasion when they’re around but not an obligation. We both have our own lives and friends so totally understand people being busy. Bonus if you're into exercise, chill nights in, the odd music festival, adventuring around London and perhaps Europe.
