We have a lovely room opening up in our 3-bed penthouse in Hackney and we’re looking for a new girl to join! If you love a sunset wine and a yap on a balcony this is for you xx

A large bedroom is available with your own private ensuite, plus a bed and wardrobe. The flat is super spacious, so there’s plenty of room to have your own peace and quiet, but the common areas are perfect for when we want to be sociable. We have gorgeous views from our balcony and have a shared rooftop!

The rest of the flat is furnished so you wont have to bring much!

Flatmates: You’ll be living with Steph (27, works in marketing) and Amber (30, works in recruitment). We actually met through spare room and have become good friends! We’re a mix of WFH and office-based; we respect alone time, but we love a mid-week catch-up over dinner or a glass of wine. We love hosting the occasional pre-drinks, but treat the flat like our home not a party house.

The Location: Located on Mare St, we are a 10 min walk from London Fields and Broadway Market!

We are super well-connected: 15 mins direct to Highbury & Islington or Liverpool St. We have three train stations close by (5-10 min walk) and plenty of bus routes.

We have Sainsbury’s, M&S, and a big Tesco less than 5 mins away, with plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounding.

Who we’re looking for: 25+ who is tidy, respectful, and has her own thing going on but is also down to be part of the flat. Your name will be on the lease so you will need a full time job and references for our landlord.
