Double Room in London Fields

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our three bed apartment in London Fields. It’s a stunning new build loft with high ceilings and loads of space, a brand new kitchen, a patio off the living room that’s perfect for people watching, and a shared fifth floor terrace with amazing views. Great gyms nearby, and London Fields is one minute away, right in the heart of East London. Your room shares a bathroom with just me.

You’d be living with me, Deniz, (F) a twenty eight year old architect, and Ash, (M) a thirty two year old banker. We’re close friends and genuinely looking for a third member of the group, not just someone to rent a room. We’re LGBTQ friendly and value kindness and respect above all.

Weekdays are quiet and chill since we all work hard, so a similar routine helps. Weekends are for fun: dinners, pub nights, wine bars, music festivals, bike rides, picnics, and we do an annual New Year’s Eve party with all our friends. We’d love someone who’s up for all of it but also respects when people need their own space.

We’re after someone clean and tidy, looking for a long term home, office based or hybrid max two days a week. Pets welcome, no sublets. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
