Hi, we’re Sasha and Alissa, and we’re looking for a new long-term flatmate to join our chill, clean, and friendly 3-bed house in Haggerston from the 11th of august ( but definitely need someone by 18th of august).

Our House

- Amazing garden
- Two bathrooms (one with a shower)
- Bright open-plan kitchen and living room with huge windows and plenty of natural light
- TV unit and small side table will most likely go, so it's a great opportunity to give the living room a little refresh

Room
- Cozy top-floor bedroom
- Unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe and desk
- Bed frame and mattress available to buy at a friendly price, if you'd like them
- Everything else shown in the photos will be removed

Location

- 5-minute walk to Haggerston Station
- 5-minute walk to Broadway Market and London Fields
- 15-minute walk to Dalston
- Quiet, safe street with a peaceful atmosphere at night

About Us

Alissa works in corporate in a hybrid/remote role. She enjoys hiking, travelling, exhibitions, theatre, and going to the gym. She's also loves anime and a knows all the best parties in London.

Sasha is an editor and videographer who works from the office 3 days a week, with the occasional weekend jobs. She enjoys all kinds of sports, from skateboarding to Muay Thai, loves going to the cinema, and never says no to a good party.

About you

- Aged 27-35
- LGBT+ preferably
- Tidy: We’re not clean freaks but like to keep our house in a very good order. We always wash up after ourselves, wipe down the kitchen after cooking. We also have a cleaner coming every few weeks!
- Respectful of shared spaces, and up for the occasional chat or hangout, while also appreciating a calm and peaceful home
- Professional & able to pass referencing

Rent: £891 per calendar month
Deposit: £1,000
Bills: ~£150 per month, including council tax, utilities, WiFi and cleaner
