Double room available for 2 weeks in London Fields, Hackney

Available Sunday 26th July - Sunday 9th August

£250/week, including all bills.

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for 2 weeks in a lovely shared house in London Fields, Hackney.

The bedroom is small but super cosy, with a comfortable double bed. There's also a desk, chair, and monitor in case you need to WFH.

The house is shared with 4 friendly housemates who are respectful, clean, and tidy. I’m looking for someone who will treat the house as their own and be considerate of the people they’re living with. It's a mixed household, so there's no preference on gender!

We also have a house dog called Rocky, an 8 year-old Labrador who is genuinely the loveliest and most gentlest dog. He mostly sleeps on his doggy bed outside the bedroom, but he does sometimes wander in for a nap on the rug - so you'll have to be ok with dogs!

Regarding transport links: you’re a 2 mins walk from London Fields Overground (Weaver line), less than a 10 mins walk from Hackney Central Overground (Mildmay line), and 5 mins from Broadway Market. London Fields itself is right on the doorstep and is one of the best places to be in summer, with the park full of people eating, drinking and having fun.

Noise is also rarely an issue - the nearby pub closes at 11pm on weeknights and midnight at weekends, and the house itself is very peaceful.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to experience the best of what Hackney has to offer: amazing food, pubs, parks and markets.

I just ask that my plants are looked after while I’m away; a quick water once a week should be grand if they need it.
