A bright, fully furnished double room is available on a Monday–Friday basis in my owner-occupied two-bedroom flat in the heart of London Fields.

The room is ideal for a professional who works in London during the week and returns home at weekends. You’ll have sole use of the room from Monday afternoon/evening until Friday morning, with all bills and high-speed Wi-Fi included.

I’m looking for someone who needs a comfortable London base during the working week, as I enjoy having the flat to myself at weekends. It’s a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party house.

The room includes:

• Double bed with all bedding provided
• Desk, chair and lamp – ideal for home working
• Bedside table
• Clothes rail and shelving for storage
• Fresh bathroom towels

Located on the fourth floor with lift access, the flat is modern, quiet and well maintained, with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a shared bathroom and a balcony with expansive East London views. The bedroom enjoys afternoon and evening light and leafy views towards London Fields.

Transport links are excellent. London Fields Overground station is just a short walk away, with direct trains to Liverpool Street in 9 minutes and Seven Sisters in 11 minutes. Bethnal Green Underground (Central line), Hackney Central and Cambridge Heath stations are also within easy walking distance, along with numerous bus routes.

Broadway Market, Victoria Park, Columbia Road Flower Market and the many independent cafés, restaurants and shops that make the area so popular are all on the doorstep.

A little about me: I’m a 40-year-old Marketing Director working in the music industry. Outside work I enjoy running, cooking, travelling, gigs, food and wine, and making the most of living in London. The flat is very much a home, and I’m looking for someone who’ll appreciate a calm, friendly and considerate living environment.
