Room Available in London Fields

Hey! We’re Freya (28) and Amelia (29), and we’re looking for a female housemate to take over a room in our flat in London Fields, just 3 minutes walk from London Fields Overground.

We’re in a 3-bed warehouse-style flat and the room is £1,150pcm (excluding bills). You’d be sharing a bathroom with Freya.

About the Flat

• Spacious warehouse-style flat on the second floor of a secure warehouse conversion, with exposed brick, wooden floors and loads of natural light. Secure bike storage is available in the building.
• Big open-plan living room with a comfy sofa and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen including washer/dry, air fryer and coffee machine
• Two bathrooms (one en-suite, one shared, both newly done)
• The room is large, bright and airy, and comes with a bed and mattress. The previous tenant would ideally like you to purchase their wardrobe and desk for a small fee (happy to send more photos).

We’re 3 minutes from London Fields station, and basically right in the middle of everything:

• London Fields park and Broadway Market (5 mins walk)
• Pub on the Park, Pophams, Hackney Picturehouse, restaurants and loads of fitness spots close by
• 10 mins walk to Hackney Central
• 15 mins walk to Victoria Park
• Easy access to Shoreditch, Hackney Central and the City

What We’re Looking For

We met through SpareRoom over a year ago and have become good friends! You’d be taking over from our housemate who is sadly moving to Australia :((

We’d love to be friends with our new housemate but importantly have our own social lives going on 😊

Our hobbies include Pilates, tennis, finding great dinner spots, exploring the lovely area, museums, galleries.

We want to find someone who:

• Is sociable, considerate and keeps things tidy
• Works in the office most days (as both of us currently do).
• Wants a relaxed, clean and homely flat
• Has a fairly standard 9-5 routine (we’re in the office most days)
• Is up for joining us for an occasional shared dinner, pub trip or watching trashy TV (currently Ugly Betty and Love Island)
