Double room with ensuite - London Fields

Our flatmate is moving back to Australia and we’re searching for someone to take his place. It’s on a quiet street just off of London Fields, 3 mins from London Fields Overground and 10 mins from Hackney Central. We’re two friendly guys in our late 20s-early 30s.

About the flat: 3-bedroom, two-bathroom flat, available 5 Sep. Room comes fully furnished. You’d have your own ensuite bathroom (includes shower). The flat is bright and open with big windows and a sunny balcony. There’s a large, well-equipped kitchen and a spacious common area with two comfy sofas, as well as a bike room downstairs and extra storage space across the hall. 1 min walk to London Fields park and 10 min to Broadway Market. Lots of amenities close by: 5-10 min walk to Sainsbury’s, cinema, pubs, off licences, gyms, cafes, bakeries, library, etc.

About us: we’ve been living in the flat for nearly two years and have all become good friends. We often go for a drink/dinner together, play Monopoly Deal, etc.

Brendan: 31 years old, Canadian, works as a data scientist. Interests: music, poetry, writing, movies.

Cameron: 29 years old, from the UK works in marine insurance. Interests: swimming, travelling/ good food and drink.
