Kate – Works in marketing. Fun, bubbly, and easy to get along with.
Nisha – Marketing girly. Lovely and easygoing, always up for a chat.

We're a social, friendly bunch – we love doing BBQs in the summer, movie nights, and just spending time together, but we're all independent too, so there's no pressure to join in if you'd rather have your own space.

Rent:
£987 ( excluding bills) per month

Around £100 per month (includes all bills: council tax, water, electricity, gas, cleaner and broadband)

You will be replacing me on the tenancy agreement, and referencing checks will be conducted by the letting agent.
