Double room, in lovely London fields home

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my great house share near Dalston Junction and London Fields.

The room is on the second with an outlook over the garden and lovely wood panelling. Move in date is 27th September and rent is £1,024 per month. The room itself is very large, with space for a double bed, desk and arm. Room comes unfurnished.

The room is on the second floor of a very large house with a large garden and it’s perfect for someone who wants to be near everything in East, but who appreciates coming home to a quiet and calm environment and a quiet neighbourhood

The current team are a mix of young professionals, guy and girls, working different style roles so on different schedules, with a mix of wfh. We all get on really well and everyone's schedules means we are never too on top of each other during the week and keeps the house feeling big.

The house is a really great place where you can join together to watch television and cook, or take some time to yourself. There is a studio outside in our spacious garden which is used as a workout/chill space.

We are looking for a new housemate who is considerate and who wants to stay in a home not just a house. Ideal for people that are friendly who are as busy out and about as the rest of us.

We have preference for men/nb (for balance) and also for those a similar age to us (29-36) but most open to anyone who would be a wonderful addition. We are of course LGBTIA+ friendly. We are looking for non-smokers only and gardening skills are a big plus!

Bills are roughly £160-200 per month, which can change a little with the heating bills and that covers water, tax, gas electricity, a weekly cleaner and communal household items.
