Hiya - we have two rooms available in our lovely flat in London Fields!

Room 1:
• Large room that constitutes the entire top floor (much bigger than the photos seem!)
• The room comes furnished with a bed, dresser, clothing rack, and sofa. Happy to negotiate a price for the mirror, second dresser, desk, chair and pink side table too if any of those are of interest!

Rent: £1,100 + bills (~£100-110) which includes a bi-weekly cleaner

Room 2:
• Smallest room of the house
• The room comes furnished with a small double bed, dresser and in built shelves

Rent: £800 + bills

Contract: Annual contract - starting 01/10

House: Our home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large garden, and an open-plan kitchen / lounge. It's modern and furnished nicely.

Location: E8 4TR. We are a 3-minute walk away from the beautiful Broadway Market and surrounded by other amazing pubs, green spaces, bars, cafes, restaurants etc.

Tube Connections: We are a 10-minute walk away from Haggerston Overground and a 6–7-minute walk away from London Fields Overground (direct line to London Liverpool Street). As well as this, there are plenty of good bus routes nearby.

About us: We are in our late 20s/early 30s and have shared this home for a few years. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household. Laura (British, 28), and Emma (Australian, 29) are staying on, whilst the other two tenants are moving on. We are really friendly and like to both socialise as a house and separately!

About you: We're looking for someone super friendly who is looking to make this place their home too! We are looking for somebody of a similar age (preferably 28+), friendly, and ideally female / non-binary (sorry, no pets :(). Looking for a friend as well as a housemate!

Move in: Available from 16th September
