The room has two windows and comes with the option to leave the bed frame and desk, and I’m also happy to discuss selling some of the other furniture/items in the room if wanted. Equally, you’re welcome to bring your own furniture and make the space your own.

You’re 2 mins from London Fields Park, 5 mins from Hackney Central and a short walk from Broadway Market, with loads of great pubs, restaurants and cafés nearby.

You’ll be sharing with 4 friendly, easy-going people working across art, photography, film and restaurants. It’s a relaxed, shouse with a nice mix of creative people, and everyone has their own lives and things going on.

The current contract runs until June and should be renewable. The landlord is very approachable and always at the end of the phone if you need anything.
