A bright and spacious double room with a private en-suite shower is available immediately in a lovely flat in London Fields, E8.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk and storage, and has lots of natural light. You’ll have your own private shower, while sharing the kitchen, living room and washing machine with two friendly flatmates.

The tenancy is flexible — we’re open to both longer-term and shorter-term arrangements, although we’d ideally like someone who can stay for at least 3 months.

It’s a great area if you like the creative/young professional side of East London and want somewhere that feels lively but still residential.

🏠 The Flat & Housemates

You’ll be living with Lauren and Fraser.

Lauren, 23, is Korean-American and currently in her third year studying Fashion Design at UAL. She’s very neat and clean, friendly and easy-going.

Fraser, 29, studied the same subject at UAL and has recently graduated. He’s is also very friendly and relaxed.

The flat is generally clean, respectful and social, but we’re not a party house - everyone has their own life and we’re looking for someone who fits naturally into that dynamic.

We’d particularly love to meet someone who is also creative / works or studies in a creative field, although this isn't essential.

💌 Who we're looking for

We'd prefer a female tenant, ideally a young professional or someone studying/working in London.

Someone who is:

Clean and tidy
Respectful of shared spaces
Social and friendly
Independent but happy to have a chat or hang out occasionally
Ideally involved in the creative/fashion/design world
