Lovely double ensuite room in friendly, homely London Fields flat. Living with 3 other mid-twenties creative professionals.

The room is very light and spacious, furnished (desk, dbl bed, chests of drawers, clothes rail), with own ensuite and 3 huge windows. It is a split level flat, bedrooms on the ground floor and an upstairs shared living space - open plan kitchen, dining space and living room, and a gorgeous outdoor terrace that is a real gem!!

We really value a socialable, easy going atmosphere in the flat. We're looking for a flatmate who is kind and considerate, communicative and fun! We love a debrief after work, movie nights, a boogie at Moth Club, and strolls down the canal. We all love the flat and keep it clean&tidy, and have a weekly cleaning rota.

Room is £950 plus bills which are around £110. There will be referencing checks through the estate agent, but if you don't meet the salary requirements they accept guarantors!

5 mins walk from London Fields station, 7 from Hackney Central. Right by London Fields park and 10 mins walk from Broadway Market.
