Amazing Warehouse Conversion 3 bedroom!

Hey All!

We are looking to get a head start as the holidays are approaching.

We have a lovely room available in our three bedroom newly converted warehouse and need an amazing person to join our home!

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is truly amazing (the photos don’t do it justice at all). Original warehouse features have been maintained such as exposed brick work, huge warehouse style windows, high ceilings and exposed metal beams.

The apartment is situated at the back of the warehouse block and has a corner position so loads of natural light comes in from the south and east facing windows. Its arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, separate laundry room (with washer and dryer) huge outdoor area and the master double bedroom with ensuite which will be the room available. The room available is the largest in the house with high ceilings, access to the downstairs terrace through large sliding double doors. On the floor above there is Tawny's room with access to another large outdoor patio, and the 2nd room is Rany’s bedroom.

LOCATION
Its in a really great location between Dalston & Haggerston, on a cute little laneway off Kingsland Road sitting half way between Shoreditch and Stoke Newington. There are great bars, cafes, restaurants, pubs within 2 minutes walk. It's also only a 7 min walk to London Fields and about 15mins to Victoria Park. Great spot for all the summer weekends. In terms of public transport, there are a number of buses are located on our doorstep and its a 5 min walk to the Overground.

ABOUT US
Rany is Australian (30 Female) and has been living in London for the past 8 years and works in event production for a creative agency. Likes to do Yoga in her spare time and loves going to music gigs, nights out but also enjoys nights in. Tawny is from Vancouver, Canada (35) and works in dentistry along with pursuing her passion in acting whenever she can in her spare time. She attends theatre productions and shows/concerts on the regular along with the occasional inspired city break.

We both love what we do for work but also love to enjoy life and have a good time on the weekends! We're super social and are keen to keep this social vibe going in the house. Up for a drink, movie, dinner and the odd house gathering, night out and sofar sound concert in our living room. We are really looking forward to the London summer and BBQs on the terrace!

ABOUT YOU
We're interested in getting someone in the apartment that will contribute to the communal vibe and someone that we can consider a friend rather than just a housemate. Someone with a positive fun attitude that likes to have a chat over a few drinks would be a good fit!

The few house rules we'd like to keep is keeping the house clean.

Bills not included but usually come to around £100 per month.
