Hello,

I am looking for someone to take over my room while I am abroad from 2 August to 2 October (with some flexibility)

You would be living with two other girls, Olivia and Julia. They are both lovely.

The house is fully-refurbished and it located between Highbury and Islington and Dalston, 5 minutes from the overground, 10 from The Victoria line, 1 minute from the bus stop with a lot of amazing night buses (38,73,341)

The room is big and very bright. It comes furnished with a double sized bed, a wardrobe, shelves, and a desk. The house counts two fully-fitted bathrooms, a huge living room with a brand new big TV, a garden with barbecue and bike storage and a large kitchen with lots of storage spaces

The rent is 1100 all included. This also includes cleaning services for communal areas.

There is very a friendly atmosphere at home. We enjoy spending time together but we also respect our personal space.

The room will be available from 2 August to 2 October, but I can be flexible with the dates. Let me know if you are interested and we can arrange a call/viewing.
