Cozy Hoxton Room

Hello!

I am renting out a room in my apartment. It is near Hoxton market, many supermarkets: Aldi, Tesco, Marks and Spencers, Asian food specialized supermarket.. There is the gym, a number of parks and the canal nearby and Santander bikes just outside the building. It is a very quiet room, you can also play music in the second room and not disturb anyone.

As I live between two countries, I will sometimes be in the second room and sometimes not for extended periods of time. That means that you are renting one room but also sometimes have the whole apartment.

I come from a mixture of cultures, coach public speaking, languages and singing and have a lot of hobbies that you are welcome to join in: swimming, theatre, cinema, singing and music...

There are two cats that you may get to live with so that is to be taken in to account. Both are very gentle and like humans so if you like having pets this is for you.

I am looking for someone flexible with the unusual living arrangement and yet who is looking for a safe, private place where you can find inspiration and joy. Friends are welcome.
