You must be a clean and tidy person, and understand that the landlord cleans the common areas regularly, particularly the toilet and kitchen. All utensils, plates pots and pans are supplied. There is a brand new bed and mattress with a thick topper for extra comfort too. . The renter mus supply their own pillow, sheet, quilt and quilt cover.
