Room to let in flatshare in Haggerston, Hackney

I am looking for a flatmate for a two-bedroom flat in Haggerston.

The room you will be staying in comes furnished, and with an en-suite bathroom.
In addition, there is a shared living room and kitchen area.
The flat is right by the canal in Haggerston and is a 5-min walk away from Haggerston Overground Station (Windrush line). There is a car parking slot allocated to the flat, but it is not big and only fits small cars. There are bike racks in the building courtyard.

About myself: I am 29 years old, originally from Germany, and work in economic consulting in the City. In my free time, I enjoy reading, swimming, meeting friends and being involved at church.

I am looking for a young professional who ideally also works in professional services. In addition, I am looking for someone who is clean, considerate with noise and interested in a respectful and calm flat atmosphere. While I am often out on weekday evenings or have plans on weekends, I am looking to live with someone who I am comfortable being around in our public spaces.

While the landlord is renting out the flat using the new rolling tenancy arrangements, I am looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months.

Bills are excluded, but usually divided up (per person) as follows, per month:
- Electricity (including for heating): £40 - 90, depending on the month
- Council tax: £90 (Band D, Hackney)
- Wifi: £15
- Water: Included in the rent
- Fortnightly cleaner: To be discussed if we want this
