Room with bathroom in spacious central flat

Looking for someone to take over my room in this very nice flat next to Shoreditch area.

The flat is ideally located short walk from from Old Street station, 15 mins walk from Liverpool Street/Moorgate and walking distance for the City.

You have a double bedroom and private bathroom with bathtub/shower. The flat has a spacious shared living room/kitchen area.

You would be sharing with Martin, a young professional from France. Martin often travels to Paris so you often have the place for yourself at weekends.
Bonus points if you’re a French speaker 🇫🇷

Place would be available end of October. Person taking the room would have to earn 2.5x the rent for succesful change of sharer on the lease.
