About the flat:
A spacious 2-bedroom flat with a shared living room and a good-sized kitchen. There are two bathrooms, so each of us will have our own. The neighbourhood is lovely, with woods nearby and a great sense of community. It's safe, clean, and a pleasant place to live.

A decent-sized single room that is bright and airy, with a view overlooking the communal garden.

About me:
I'm a woman in my 40s, with my party days well behind me. I enjoy yoga, a good book, independent cinema, and a good chat. I like being sociable from time to time, but I also value alone time and a peaceful atmosphere.

About you:
I'm looking for someone easy-going, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. I'd appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves and is happy to do their bit around the flat. We can just take turns with things like putting the rubbish out and keep the place nice between us. 😊
*Although you'll be living with me, the tenancy will be arranged through a letting agency, so they'll take care of the contracts and standard referencing checks.
