A friendly older person is looking for a reliable Homesharer to live in a furnished spare room and provide around 10–15 hours per week of practical help and companionship (flexible around your work/study).
The arrangement
£190 per month
Furnished room with bills included + Wi-Fi
Own bathroom
Support exchange: approx. 10–15 hrs/week + friendly presence (especially evenings)

Support needed
We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys cooking and would be happy to cook and eat together sometimes
Enjoys companionship and general conversation
Has an interest in fashion and would enjoy chatting about it
Can help with light housework
Can support with meal prep / simple cooking and shared mealtimes

About the householder
An older person who values a calm, respectful home and someone friendly around
Independent, but would benefit from some day-to-day support and company

Mature female preferred
Kind, patient, trustworthy, and respectful of boundaries
Happy to live quietly and contribute to a shared routine
Non-smoker preferred
