Lodger wanted in family home

We have a large beautiful double room with ensuite bathroom on the top floor of our large family home, and are looking for a lodger. The room is bright and airy, with a double bed, desk and wardrobe etc. You would have exclusive use of the adjoining bathroom (which has a shower) as part of the lodging agreement.

We are looking for a lovely lodger to join us in our large house. We are a professional couple with two young children. We live in a quiet, friendly street in North London, between Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill. We're a 12min walk to Palmers Green station, or a short bus ride to Wood Green (Piccadilly line). Plenty of great shops, cafes and really beautiful parks around too.

In our ideal world, we'd be looking for someone with as light a footprint as possible: someone who preferably works or studies out of the house, eats while out and about, and so on.

The room is available from 1 April 2026. Our two previous lodgers have been students and we (and they!) really enjoyed the experience!
