Double room with seperate office space in lovely relaxed house. Property located next to park and close to buses, Wood Green underground and Bowes Park overground.

Room has plenty of cupboard space, cleverly built within room, behind sofa and a small wardrobe and desk. There is also a modern corner sofa that fits into room, which coverts to a bed. Included with room is a space outside of room, for sole use of lodger, where there is a fridge, office space and room to hang washing, etc

Communal areas are kept very clean and tidy with professional cleaner employed every two weeks, (cost included in rent.)There are two bathrooms to choose from both fitted with showers, bath, toilet and an extra ground floor toilet. One room has an onsuite, so never a problem finding a bathroom free. Gym is available to residents only.

There is high speed broadband fitted throughout the house and all bills are included in the rent.

There is a large garden and large patio area with outdoor speakers connected to a sonos system which is also incorporated into house.

The household tends to be a quiet and easy going place to live. We are looking for a professional, friendly, male or female to join our household.
