We’re looking for a considerate housemate/lodger to share our home. We’re sociable and easy-going, but also busy and respectful of people’s space, so the house has a nice balance of being friendly without feeling full-on.
The room is a large furnished double with a walk-in wardrobe and plenty of storage.
The house has two living spaces, a huge kitchen with communal seating area, fast broadband, Virgin Media TV, and a large garden which is lovely in the summer.
Location-wise, we’re between Wood Green and Palmers Green, with a bus stop outside the house. It’s around 5 minutes by bus to Wood Green or Palmers Green.

We’d suit someone who is friendly, tidy, independent and looking for a relaxed home rather than just a room. We enjoy music, films, coffee in the garden, seeing friends. Day-to-day the house is calm and respectful.
