Friendly couple (James & Lucy) looking for a cool, chilled housemate to share our lovely home. The house has a big garden (with outhouse with a bar in for summer parties) and two living spaces. It's located between Wood Green & Palmers Green with a bus stop outside the house. 5 Mins on bus to wood green or palmers green.
The room is a large double with a walk in wardrobe and plenty of storage underneath the eaves.
We'd obviously like to have a good relationship with our housemate and get on well.
We have a huge kitchen with communal seating area with a soundsystem and TV as well as a large living room with another massive TV, perfect for watching movies. We have beautiful large garden for enjoying over the summer.
We enjoy having coffee in the garden (James likes gardening), socialising with friends and the odd night out. In summer we usually go to some festivals etc
We are both laid back, fun loving people and would like a house mate with similar vibe .
We have fast broadband and Virgin Media TV. Bills are included.
We will get a cleaner when we get a new house mate which will be an additional charge of £15 a week approximately)
