A lovely double bedroom with its own private bathroom is available in a spacious, beautifully furnished house.
The room is on the top floor so perfect if you look for total privacy!

The room is £1,200 per month, excluding bills, with a minimum 6-month commitment.

The house is a warm, comfortable and peaceful home that has been furnished and looked after with lots of care and attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who will appreciate the same environment.

There is also the possibility of having a separate room for exclusive use, furnished with a desk and bookshelves, if you work from home or study. This would be available for a small additional monthly fee.

The house is within easy walking distance of Palmers Green, with its direct train connection into Central London / the City.

There are also excellent bus connections, including direct routes to Wood Green and Bounds Green, giving easy access to the Piccadilly Line, as well as connections to the Overground with routes towards the City.

Night buses are also within easy reach, making getting home late much easier.

The house is currently shared with two women and one man, all of whom have their own private bathrooms, so everyone has their own space and privacy.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate, and who enjoys a peaceful home rather than a party house. We take pride in keeping the house clean and welcoming, and would love to find someone who treats it as a home too.
