✨New Friendly housemate✨

Hi!

I’m sadly moving out of our lovely flat in April and we’re looking for someone to take my room and join my two wonderful housemates, Meg. M and Meg. S ✨

About the Flat
The flat is a beautiful, newly refurbished first-floor property spread across two floors, with high ceilings, great natural light, and modern interiors throughout.

We have:
• A cosy living room (filled with books and games)
• A spacious kitchen with a double oven and dishwasher
• Two bathrooms (one on each floor)
• A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
• And the best part… a private roof terrace (ready for summer evenings ☀️)

The available bedroom is a good-sized double with plenty of storage space. It can come unfurnished, or I’m happy to leave furniture for a small cost if that helps.

Current housemates:
Meg. M works in publishing and loves reading, gaming, and F1.
Meg. S works at Arsenal!

We’re into charity shop browsing, cosy film nights, and the occasional night out. We enjoy spending time together but also really respect each other’s space and downtime. It’s a relaxed, warm, drama-free home.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re hoping to find someone friendly, tidy, and respectful, ideally with a full-time job, who’d like to contribute to a homey and welcoming atmosphere.

Someone who’s happy to join for dinner or a film now and then, but also values their own independence.
