The one bedroom garden apartment is surrounded by greenery and far away from the road noise. It has its own entrance and its own front door.

It has a separate double bedroom, a large bathroom, a separate kitchenette and living space which can be use as un office.

The apartment is surrounded by trees and shrubs. The bedroom looks into the garden and therefore very quiet.

The house is in a residential street, 3 minutes from shops, other amenities and especially public transport including the tube station

The whole house is very quiet and suitable for a professional man. All bills including the council tax are included in the rent.

Should you wish to view the premises, let me know and we can arrange a suitable time for both parties. As it was vacated on very recently, it’s undergoing total renovation and would be available for viewing in few days time. You can however book a viewing time at a convenient time.
