Room for rent

Hi - double room for rent in Oakwood, 5 minutes walk from train station. House with 4 double rooms and a box room for storage , kitchen, bathroom, big garden, garage and parking.
Requirements:

* Someone who works shifting/rotating schedules would be preferred, as working from home isn’t permitted.
* Students are not accepted.
* Pets are not allowed.
* People who have recently moved to the country may not pass the referencing requirements, so unfortunately they may not be suitable.

Referencing must be successfully completed before the room can be offered.

You will need to provide:
• Previous landlord reference
• 6 months of bank statements
• Payslips
• Proof of employment
(this is what I need to provide last time)

💰 Deposit:
• 1 month’s deposit if employed
• 3 months’ deposit if self-employed
