The furniture combines a good size double bed, plenty of storage space, wardrobes, shelves, desk, and chair.

Next to the room is a large bathroom with an overhead electric power shower, shared by one other housemate.

The house is in excellent condition with all the modern facilities. Nice kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. The rent, £650pm, includes bills, Broadband, and weekly cleaning service.

There are two housemates living here, both with busy work and social lives. We are quiet and private, respect each other's space and property, looking for a similar housemate.

The house is located between Southgate and Oakwood stations, both are on the Piccadilly Line with easy access to central London (45min), and walking distance to major supermarkets, local shops and plenty of eateries and pubs.

The area is famous for its parks and woodlands, sports centres and facilities.
