Hello! We're looking for a new housemate to share our beautiful, four-person home in north London (N15). About the house:

- gorgeously restored period property
- living room, dining room, large kitchen, two bathrooms, big garden
- tv with netflix, etc; fibreoptic broadband
- all bills £165 p/m total, includes fee for cleaner who comes every three weeks
- close to Manor House, Turnpike Lane and Harringay Green Lanes tube and overground stations. 15-minute walk from Seven Sisters station
- 5-minute walk from Downhills Park, 15-minute walk from Finsbury Park; close to a number of wetlands

The current tenants are myself, Carla and Sarah. We work in publishing, journalism and hospitality. Some of the things we enjoy include cooking, swimming, art, travel and music. We're very friendly and have dinner together occasionally but we're also independent and value our own downtime.

Rent is £750p/m, bills £165, and we ask for a month in hand which will be returned to you when you leave or serve as your last month’s rent — whichever you prefer.
