PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NOT ACCEPT PETS due to existing feline housemates.

The rooms is a furnished double; we can easily negotiate around furniture being removed from the room to suit your needs…

Included in the rent, is a kitty, a weekly cleaner, WIFI and all bills.

Vegans and meat-eaters alike are welcome!

The move-in date is ASAP and £123 is required to secure the room with the deposit and rent payable prior to moving in.

ABOUT THE LOCALITY::
Within a 5-minute walk there is a lovely local park connected to the canal, shops, a retail park, and great transport links. Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale stations (Victoria Line, Overground, and trains to Stratford, Liverpool Street, Cambridge, and Stansted Airport) are within 10 minutes walking distance.
