We have a 2-WEEK SUBLET available in a newly refurbished 7 bedroom warehouse on Fountayne Road.

This large double room is within a chilled, calm house with the occasional party although the area is not short of parties if you did want a boogie (we love one, too!)

About us:
You will be sharing with 6 people who are sharing, caring and generally gorgeous people creating a friendly “family” vibe.

Amongst us is a DJ, dancer, visual artist, chef, cycling enthusiasts and we are all passionate about listening to music and eating good food!

There is also one cute black cat living with us, named Dipsy (m)

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a kind, caring, open, emotionally mature individual with a passionate sense of joie de vivre and enthusiasm towards being an active part of the household.

If you are one to clean up after yourself, put the bin out without thinking twice, do a 2-minute declutter because it needs doing, we WILL prioritise you!

ABOUT THE ROOM:
The room is a furnished double with two small windows.

ABOUT THE HOUSE::
The house a plant-filled, calm home, bright and open with a space for yoga, life drawing or dance classes, DJ workshops, art exhibitions and whatever else you can think of!

There is a separate kitchen, two toilets and two showers…

…plus a projector for shared movie nights.

Vegans and meat-eaters alike are welcomed! We also have a weekly cleaner included in the monthly fee.

The move in date is 1 April (until 16 April) (with some flexibility either side) - and would require a deposit of £300 to secure the room with the additional amount payable on the move in date.

Nearest tube is a 10 minute walk away; either Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale via the Victoria Line. Walthamstow Wetlands is a short walk as is Tottenham Hale retail park which has a Lidl / Boots / everything you might need!

You’ll have a great time at our home - and you’ll be well looked after by your fun and caring fellow housemates….
