We are looking to replace our co tenant in a nice flat in Seven Sisters bills are around 100£ per month so total would be 927-950£ a month it is a quiet flat place to rest very modern clean and tidy you will be sign on the flat contract as a change of tenants there is free Gym in the building also roof top terrace there is a wardrobe/ storage for this room just outside of the room hot water and heating is included we just pay electricity, water , broadband and council tax , we like to keep the flat very clean on a daily basis , we are respectful of one another’s privacy , friendly and easy going , LGBTQ friendly flat if you wanna know more just drop a message also you will need to pass the agency checks to be able to put as co tenant change for the contract
